The team continued to cut sod on Wednesday, 17 June 2020, at Benso for the construction of an ultra-modern market at Benso.

The infrastructure projects lobbied through Coastal Development Authority by the hard working honuarable member of parliament, Hon. George Mireku Duker includes a modernize Astroturf park with axillary facilities, designed for multiple purposes at Cyanide, Classroom Block at Nsuaem for Nsuaem Methodist School, CHPS compound with Quartterses at Nkwanta and Essaman and a modern market facility at Benso
These projects are expected to be completed and delivered within a period of 6 months.
The chiefs and people of the communities commended the Nana Addo led government for the good work it has been doing since assumption of office and also thanked the Member of Parliament, Hon. George Mireku Duker for bringing such developmental projects to their communities.
The Chiefs again commended the MCE, Hon Benjamin Kessie for working very assiduously to bring the needed development to the area and thus pledge their unflinching support for her to succeed.
Hon. George Mireku Duker, as part of ensuring the development of the constituency has lobbied for a good number of projects, in just three years six months in office. Some of these projects include;
3 Unit Classroom Block at Simpa, Teberebe, Nyaaso Nkran, and Dompim, 4 Mechanized Borehole with storage facilities at Amantin, Simpa, Nyaaso and Essaman Kakraba, Contruction of TNA stadium, Construction of Bonsa-Benso road, Nana Ango by-pass, Nsuta-Tamso road, Ahwitieso-Bogoso Junction, Esuaso-Kawerekwanano and inner city roads (Brenuakyim, Simpa, Nsuaem, etc).
